Kmail attach file doesn't use portal #211

Some functionality in Kontact/Kmail use the portal to get its files (e.g. File > Open / Ctrl+O), but Attach doesn't, and can only attach files which are exposed through the sandbox. Kmail should use the portal specially for attaching files and directories.
