Convert JSON manifest to YAML #38

This follows the example of many more applications in the Flahub org, and allows us to add comments to the manifest among other readability improvements. The conversion has been performed with yq.

Sorry, all manifests for KDE Apps are in JSON for now. This migration would have to happen upstream first.
