Steps to Reproduce:
1)Open a pdf file in okular and in Full Annotation Toolbar change the default font for Inline Note from Fira Sans to any other font(say "Liberation Serif").
2)Now write some text in the pdf file using Inline Note and save it and close the pdf file.
3)Now again open the same pdf file in okular and right click on the Inline Note you did previously and select "properties" option and you will see that the Properties menu is displaying font as "fira sans" thought the font is "Liberation Serif".
Expected Behaviour:
1)In the above 3rd step the properties menu should display the font as "Liberation Serif".
Additional Info:
I was able to figure out the font is actually Liberation Serif because in File menu>Properties>Fonts the Liberation Serif font is only embedded extra after saving the pdf file with Inline Note annotation(but no "Fira Sans" font is embedded in the pdf file).
