Update gvfs to the current master #212

The LibreOffice flatpak uses GVfs 1.38.1 currently which is 4 years old. Let's try to update it to the current master which contains the following fix: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gvfs/-/merge_requests/160. It should fix the Nonexistent file errors that are shown when saving files to remote locations provided by GNOME.
