Flatpak won't install the language pack automatically when installing LibreOffice #93

I installed LibreOffice through GNOME Software. When I opened it, its GUI was shown in English, while my system locale was set to Chinese. I checked flatpak list, and found that the language pack wasn't installed. However, LibreOffice's website says:

Installation of it should be handled transparently by the Flatpak infrastructure.

(My English is not pretty well and I feel sorry for that.)

Hm, that is probably a generic issue not specifically related to LibreOffice.

@alexlarsson @hughsie Any idea how to track down what went wrong there?
