I'm having a very similar issue with GNOME 3.34 and flatpak 1.5.0-1 on Arch Linux. Here is my output of sudo journalctl -f

I believe this is caused by the fact this app is compiled with optimize=native which means it can run only on similar cpu that it was build. https://github.com/flathub/org.mixxx.Mixxx/pull/14 should fix this.

make menuselect in your asterisk package deselect "don't optimize" make make install
it should work
I'm trying to run this app in a x86_64 computer with Debian 10 (Buster) and flatpak 1.2.4 but it crashes instantly when starting. It crashes also in another laptop with fedora Silverblue
When running in the command line the application stops right away
