[Wayland version] "already running, but is not responding" error when I try to send a link from a second instance of Firefox #275

Hi,

(Using Firefox 106.0.5 debian package and thunderbird 102.4.2 flathub flatpak running both in Wayland mode on my Debian GNU/Linux Testing with GNOME-Wayland)

I'm used to deal with several firefox profile (default, work, e-commerce…). From my default firefox instance I can send a link to thunderbird

But if I start a second firefox instance (work, e-commerce…) and try to send a link, I get the "already running, but is not responding" error

I also get the error even when my default firefox profile isn't already running and that only one of the other profile is launched

For instance, my (dedicated profile) /usr/share/applications/firefox-work.desktop shows: Exec=env MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 /usr/lib/firefox/firefox -P Work %u --no-remote

My (default profile) /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop shows: Exec=env MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 /usr/lib/firefox/firefox %u

Does it work if you omit --no-remote from your Work profile?
