Intempestive "Downloading Certificates" pop-up while composing new e-mail

Hello, Since Thunderbird 102, we have a persistant pop-up displayed after typing recipient address:

Downloading Certificates Searching the directory for recipients certificates.This may take a few minutes.

No matter who the recipient is, it is displayed each time we enter an e-mail address, an get stuck on screen until clicking on Stop Searching.

Thunderbird 91 did not display this.

Is there a way to remove this pop-up ? Thank you !
