Fixed dead links to Bintray #13

Bintray is no longer supported (source: https://bintray.com) and all links to downloads are offline. This resulted in this package no longer building (I tried it) and I fixed the link to Boost, so it refers back to a working link.

Thanks, I'm still a bit concerned with the black screen issue, but so far it's not clear what's causing this and if it's maybe just rare case. So lets move forward.
