Use flathub version of openjdk #18

Please use the OpenJDK extension version 17 (https://github.com/flathub/org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.openjdk17) so that users dont have to update java twice - once for polymc and once for all other java apps

already using it, it's just flatpak not allowing sdks in runtime, so it uses the install script from java sdk deduplication means hopefully users dont update twice
