fix: correct name on Flathub #150

The Flatpak name is displayed incorrectly as "The qBittorrent Project" and as I understood it, this is the way to fix it.

See flatpak list --columns=name or the KDE Plasma systemsettings flatpak page (issue here)

this could also be an issue with flatpak, as tons of apps have the wrong name currently.
