Update runtime to 42 and game to v21.09.28.0 #7

Runtime v40 was deprecated recently, so this bumps it to v42. The launcher and the game seems to work fine with it in my tests.

The game's URL has changed from a mirror to an upstream URL. The launcher's URL had to be changed from Kekun's to mine as the appdata is tied alongside it. Keeping the appdata alongside the application seems like standard from what I've seen, so I haven't moved it.

This closes #3 by updating the game to its current latest version.
