Update game to v22.09.10.0. #9

Runtime was updated to 43. Download link is now a fixed version (yay!).

Unfortunately, this release seems to break Wayland.
I tried it on Fedora 37 with GNOME 43, and the game fails to launch, throwing a "System Initialization Error" unless socket=x11 is enabled and socket=wayland disabled.
