Arm64 build #19

Arm64 seems to be supported by Stunt Rally, but it's not listed amonng supported architectures.

Well, the problem is that Stunt Rally does not even build anymore on x86_64. I will take a look at re-adding the aarch64 support after the SR 3.x and/or runtime update is finished.
