No tray icon on Ubuntu #177

Hi, on Ubuntu 23.04 there doesn't seem to be an icon for the app tray button. Instead of the VLC logo ther is a "...". You can see this next to the Discord tray icon. Capture d’écran du 2023-09-29 15-18-18 Steps to reproduce :
Install VLC on Ubuntu 23.04
