From flatpak > 1299 every games crashes on my system

Description

I was using version 1288, I've updated to version 1299, 1315 and 1351 and no games works anymore. I've tested Disco Elysium, Mario Kart 8, Zelda BotW, Metroid Dread (all games worked on 1288) and now every one of them crash during startup.
