Migrate GZDoom dependencies to Shared-modules #47

Right now, GZDoom needs

shared-modules/linux-audio/libinstpatch.json
shared-modules/linux-audio/fluidsynth2.json
libsndfile
game-music-emu

Since none of these are optional, we should move em all to the gzdoom shared-modules project so that they can all be updated and controlled in a single pipeline
