Use flatpak-external-data-checker #127

Tested locally with flatpak run org.flathub.flatpak-external-data-checker --edit-only org.zotero.Zotero.json

This eliminates the need for build.sh and will automatically create PRs by flathubbot when a new version is released (example: https://github.com/flathub/md.obsidian.Obsidian/pull/227).
