Document reasons for permissions? #77

Hey I was wondering whether one could document in the sh.ppy.osu.yaml what the different (filesystem) permission are needed for. This could be neat for people interested for example why ~/.wine or /.osu are needed or which directories are optional.

I'm sure this is not high priority at all but it could be nice.

Those two would only ever be used to migrate data from older versions of the game.
