The domain ladspa.org is unavailable as of today. I don't know what happened, but here is whois output:

This leads to build failures as we cannot access the LADSPA SDK:

Possible workaround would be to use Debian mirror at https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/ladspa-sdk/-/tags/upstream%2F1.17

Github has various unofficial forks but there wasn't an obvious 'official' fork.

the domain is back.

and to add to this, the current version in shared-modules is 1.17. All is good.
