Adds basic RSS implmentation #93

Includes a fix of the truncate test that was failing and an upgrade of vows (seems to be necessary for 0.10.x compatibility?)

I've made so many tweaks now (and things are pretty shaky), that it seems to be a better idea just to keep my fork separate.
