ogt10 xml schema missing? #347

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. export OGT track to GPX file
2. try to load GPX as XML to any XML-aware editor (MS Excel 2010 in my case)
3. extension data is gone, XML map does not include OGT extensions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ogt10 extensions described in XML schema and recoginized by XML editors

Which Android device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7

What version of Android are you running?
2.2

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running?
1.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I guess that this issue is not connected to neither Androide device/version nor 
OGT version. It looks like the URL http://gpstracker.android.sogeti.nl/GPX/1/0 
(from GPX file header) is incomplete or points to non-existing (moved?) file.

The URI is a namespace and not something to download.
