environment issue when install caiman #1398

Hi,

I tried to install caiman on my MAC, but for some environment reasons that I can't figure out the package just unable to use. Could you please help me with this?

Hello, Can you tell me more about what commands are failing? What messages do you see when they fail?

hello! The problem is when I install the caimanmanager it says there is no internal or external command Thank you!

Unfortunately, I didn't get it. Could you either re-send, or add your email in a comment in this thread? I believe if you're concerned about your email being harvested for spam, if you delete your comment immediately afterwards I'll still get all the content that was in it through the email notice (and it ideally won't have time to be picked up by search engines).

I'm talking with our email admins here; they have some settings that can be overzealous at blocking spam.

Anyhow, tomorrow at 9AM US-Eastern will work; I'll email you a VC link
