windows issue #45

cp: 'lib/libfmm3d_dll.lib' and 'C:lib/libfmm3d_dll.lib' are the same file make: *** [makefile:214: install] Error 1

Hi, this should've been fixed with the latest commit. Let me know if you still run into any issues.
