Renaming protocaas -> dendro throughout

The GUI for the new version has been deployed to https://dendro.vercel.app

Soon I am going to rename this repo, and also move it to flatironinstitute github org. I believe the repo history (including issues and PRs) will stay intact.

@luiztauffer It has been moved to flatironinstitute account, and I am waiting for them to give me admin access. Once that happens I will add you to the repo.

It seems like github has automatic forwarding for this.
