Bug: auto-detected warmup value is "sticky" when switching between runs #103

The auto-detected warmup count is not always being detected/updated when the user switches between multiple runs that have different embedded reported warmup counts.

Try to reproduce, and ensure that this value gets reset every time the run ID changes.
