Comments about export tab #88

Here are some comments from Bob. I'm not sure I agree with him here. Something to discuss.

I have no idea what I'm looking at under "Export" tab. Shouldn't that just be the CSV output from Stan? But I don't know why the CSV output only exports "lp__". I also think the header "draw" should be "iteration" because there are four chains of draws, so these don't give draws unique IDs, and also a draw is a vector, not a number. Oh, now I see the panel of checkboxes to the left. For something like export, these should all be checked by default.
