Unable to create prv object. #84

Hi there,

Twice now (on a couple different computers, a few months apart), Mountainsort4 has been running just fine until one day I get an error that says "Unable to create prv object." I get this message right off the bat when running the MS4Pipeline (I attached some of the console message at the end). The message pops up even on sessions that I previously was able to sort. In fact, if I just try to call ml-prv-create on anything (i.e., ml-prv-create "home/cailtin/Destkop/test.md") I get the same message.. seems that I can not create a PRV file at all. So far I've tried rebooting, and creating a new conda environment, but no luck.

Any ideas? Thank you!

In case anyone else runs into this problem: I fixed it by deleting a file called 'sumit.json' in .mountainlab/database
