Adjust Dandiset convention #136

We should probably follow DANDI's official convention for referring to their datasets, which is capitalized Dandiset

@magland Is the PDF from the email chain up to date? The description of Figure 1 also used the other convention and I tried to find and fix it here on the repo but was unable to

When the changes are pushed to the "paper" branch, it automatically builds the pdf.
