Adding patches for slurm21 #4

This should work with slurm21, my Haskell is non existent so I don't know how to check for slurm versions and build based on that.

There is still an issue with slurm21. It crashes when report= is accessed Sadly, I am not able to get a good stack dump to know where things are falling over.
