Automatic merging for SC 0.8.1 #65

Now, SpyKING CIRCUS 0.8.1 will run by default the automatic merging step, such that it should give better results and be easier to compare in a pure automated workflow. Release has been made, so you should be able to update Docker images. Let me know when the website reflects the new sortings, I'm curious to see what the performances are...

@yger from the next release spikeforest will use the spikesorters module. Only one repo to maintain for the sorters implementation :)

I am merging, but will also merge with spikeinterface/spikesorters before next run, so probably won't matter.
