Should spikeforestwidgets be a separate package? #67

In that case, it could also be used by spikewidgets externally, without the hard dependency on spikeforest

I had independently come to the same conclusion. I am going to make a spikeforestwidgets that has javascript components, and then spikeinterface/spikewidgets can depend on spikeforestwidgets. The matlabplot fallbacks I think should live in spikewidgets -- so it has the ability to display things independent of spikeforestwidgets. Does it sound right?
