Parameters for 0.8.3 #72

Patching some flaws of the software for small/short/noisy datasets, I made a 0.8.3 release, that I hope should enhance the results of SpyKING CIRCUS with respect to an automatic evaluation. Thanks a lot in advance for letting me know if the changes are going in the right direction (using 0.8.3, now available on pip/conda)

Thanks Pierre. These changes to the .params file would not have an effect since we now call the sorter through SpikeInterface/spikesorters. I am going to clean up the code to make that more evident.
