kbucket.flatironinstitute.org server is down #76

I cannot download files for pytest

Me neither. Any updates on this? I wanted to use Spikeforest to tests some modifications in our code, but I can not download the dataset anymore

There is a problem with the container running our database. I just reported it to our IT this morning, but it is Thanksgiving weekend, so may not be fixed until Monday.

I believe it is back up now. Also I am working on a simpler / cleaner way to access the recordings. See: https://github.com/flatironinstitute/spikeforest_recordings

If you would like to access the data that way (requires a configuration), please open an issue on that repo.

May be there is something I am missing, but files such as "sha1dir://fb52d510d2543634e247e0d2d1d4390be9ed9e20.synth_magland/datasets_noise20_K20_C4/001_synth" (and all others)

can still not be accessed with former scripts (the server is still timing out). Am I missing something?
