upgrade the old kachery to kachery_cloud #9

and added raw data download for each dataset.

i added the spikeforest import for it, maybe this example is more fitting for the spikeforest project.

Thanks @tzukpolinsky. This prepare_recordings.py script was meant to be a one-off procedure to populate the contents of this repo. If you want to contribute a script for downloading datasets, please add that to the https://github.com/flatironinstitute/spikeforest repo.
