Integrate with Open Build Service #112

Open Build Service already supports various package format targets but somehow Flatpak is missing.

OBS feature request: https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/issues/4529

This could potentially be something for Fedora's or openSUSE's GSoC projects.

Isn't just having the one issue at openSUSE/open-build-service#4529 sufficient for tracking this?
