How to reproduce

Unpack flatpak-builder-1.3.3.tar.xz
Attempt to build using Meson with -Dinstalled_tests=true

Expected Behavior

Successful build + test + install

Actual Behavior

tests/meson.build:38:4: ERROR: File tap.test.in does not exist.
