Update Chinese translations #467

This would be easier to review if you didn't update all other translation files.

I’m sorry. But I just followed the translation instructions on README.md and sphinx-intl update -p _build/gettext made these files changed. I mainly updated po/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/dependencies.po .

Your change was fine, you just don't need to commit other translations.
