add `sudo` before `apt install` #671

Make Flatpak installation instructions straightforward and ready to be copy-pasted: add sudo where it is needed. sudo was already present for Ubuntu instructions, but not in some other cases.

Same PR previously made in flathub-infra/website#2916.

Thanks! We used to have a root shebang, but it changed to a standard non-root one when we switched to the <terminal-command> tag.
