Add libmount to the freedesktop platform #1

GLib will now link against libmount if it is present, and for some reason, it is present in the sdk. Not having it in the runtime is bad, since GLib is built against the sdk.

I also merged this to the 1.4 branch.

Should be build here eventually: http://sdkbuilder1.gnome.org/logs/ Then we need to move it to the stable repo and sign it.

This is in stable runtimes now. Unstable gnome runtime has build issues that need to be fixed.
