Release v1.14.1 #407

Apparently I can push tags, but I can't push to main.

Ugh, if this MR is merged, it'll rebase the commits away from what's in the tag. Please could someone with appropriate powers push the commit tagged as 1.14.1 to main?

If I'm not meant to have the privileges to do releases, then I won't do them in future.

@TingPing @matthiasclasen: sorry, I tried to save you some work, but I can't push to main. Please could someone with the right level of magic fetch the commit that 1.14.1 points to, and push it to main?

I thought I had the permissions to do that, like I do in flatpak/flatpak, but it seems the permissions are finer-grained than I thought they were and I have that ability for flatpak/flatpak but not here.
