Simple two-click solution for GDPR-compliant embedding of YouTube and Vimeo videos

Works with all current desktop and mobile browsers
All 13 FlatPess languages are supported
A small adjustment is necessary in the BBcode plugin and Leggero v2 Style
Blocks the inline frame until the user gives their OK.
If JavaScript is inactive, the inline frame is not loaded; instead, a message to activate JavaScript is displayed.
Tested with uBlock Origin, DNS Tracker and Chrome developer tools
