Adding custom icons fand default conductivity mesure unit #14

Added features : 1: Providing specific created custom icons for the devices used in this plugin in .zip files

  1. Using these icons when creating new devices (doesn't work for Temperature device, limitation of Domoticz ?)

Corrections :

  1. Added default unit for Conductivity device (µS/cm like in Android App) because this leak of axis unit prevented changes on the device using Domoticz GUI.
