Default fullscreen #3

Hi is it possible to add option for start as fullscreen by default?

Fullscreen is only allowed to start when a user clicks something.

I checked to see if I could implement it, but got this: "Request for fullscreen was denied because Element.requestFullscreen() was not called from inside a short running user-generated event handler."
