Parallelize Siegel-Veech computations #46

@davidaulicino has a notebook that ran for a very long time and then crashed (essentially computing https://flatsurf.github.io/sage-flatsurf/examples/siegel_veech.html)

We should probably integrate this computation into flatsurvey and parallelize it properly.

For clarity, the notebook crashed while the computation kept going. So it wasn't an issue of memory overload or something like that.
