Not all files are in the documentation

We just found that thurston-veech is missing. There's probably more.

Is there a way to check for that? Or alternatively to include all python files in the sphinx documentation?

It's complicated. Some things we don't want to document, like all or __init__.

The easiest solution is probably to fix the documentation and then add an item to the PR checklist.
