We are working with Kai on flat surfaces with boundaries. I am just collecting a list of things that we aim to include in the sage-flatsurf source code at some point.
[ ] given a surface with boundaries, decompose the boundary edges into finitely many circles
[ ] rotation of tangent vectors
[ ] measure angles between two tangent vectors (with same base point)
