standardize TESTS and EXAMPLES #52

I have just changed a few TEST:: by TESTS:: and the same for EXAMPLE:: to EXAMPLES::.

This is to be aligned with sage standard.

@videlec tests are failing again for the lyapunov exponents. Could you do something about this?

Running the tests again "fixed" the problem. It's just very noisy it seems.
