United States -> USA to coalesce categories #323

@rousik: not sure if you'll have to re-run the script manually, but just making sure you have 👀 on this.

Nah, the script is currently set to ignore the resource files that already exist as I have anticipated people may do some editing directly via github. However this is fairly common problem so I suppose I could reintroduce automatic country conversion for US/USA/United States in the import script.
