Bug: The entire "Recent Posts" section is weightloss spam with posts like: https://flattenthecurve.com/saxenda-vs-wegovy-which-is-better/

"If you are struggling to lose weight, you may have considered taking prescription medication to help you reach your goals.

Two popular options are Saxenda and Wegovy, both of which are injectable medications designed to help with weight loss but Saxenda vs Wegovy which is better?..."

Suggested fix: Turn off whatever inclusion tool is pulling in this content, or shutter the project and mark it as historical.
